Koebner现象最初是指银屑病患者无病变处皮肤经各种类型的创伤后也会产生银屑病的病变。随后发现很多其他的皮肤病也可出现Koebner现象，如白癜风、扁平苔藓等。目前Koebner现象的机制尚未明确，除创伤外很多其他因素，如目光、药物过敏、激光治疗等都可以引起Koebner现象。
