近年来随着器官移植、艾滋病等患者的逐年增多，少见深部真菌感染相应也呈现上升趋势，并具有较高的发病率和死亡率。本中概述少见深部真菌病的临床表现和传统的治疗方法，以及抗真菌治疗的最新进展。对合理应用普通的抗真菌药如：两性霉素B、氟康唑、伊曲康唑等起到指导作用。

With the increase in the number of HIV patients and organ transplantation, there has been a rise in the incidence of rare deep mycosis with high mortality and morbility. This review outlines the clinical manifestations and traditional therapies of rare deep mycosis, as well as recent advancements in antifungal therapy. Practical guidelines are presented for appropriate application of antifungal agents, including amphotericin B, fluconazole, itraconazole, etc.
