摘要
学分制既是一种教学管理制度,也是建立在学生学习自由基础上的一种教育理念。当高等教育从精英教育进入大众化教育时,大学内外部环境发生变化,学分制在现代大学已超越其原生态的意义,衍生出许多新的功能。这既为现实改革提供了空间,也带来了一定的盲目性。从教学资源的视角来考察学分制改革,思考学习自由的广度与限度,不仅是学分制改革的核心问题,也是学分制改革的一个新的突破口。
Not only is credit system a kind of education management system,in essence it is also an idea based on the students' study freedom.With higher education shifting from elite education to mass education and upon the changing of the university circumstance,internally as well as external- ly,the credit system has developed many new functions beyond its original significance.This pro- vides much wider space but more blindness for reformers at the same time.Thus,the relativity be- tween the credit system and the educational resources allocation has become the core issue and a dent to make,in the process of credit system reform.
