腹部手术545例舒适护理体会

Experience in comfortable nursing carried out for 545 patients with abdominal operation

目的:探讨提高腹部手术后患者护理舒适度和满意度的方法。方法:针对患者术前、术后和社会心理等情况,对545例腹部手术患者实施舒适护理。结果:通过舒适护理的开展,腹部手术患者的护理质量取得较大进展。调查显示,患者感觉舒适532例,占97.6%,对护理工作满意度为100%。结论:舒适护理应用于腹部手术患者中,可帮助患者减轻痛苦、获得舒适,是一种有效的现代护理方法。

Objective： To explore optimal nursing methods to increase comfort and satisfaction of patients after abdominal operation. Methods： Comfortable nursing care was given to 545 patients with abdominal operation according to different situation and social psychology before and after operation. Results： Five hundred and thirty two patients felt comfortable, account for 97.6%, and all patients were satisfied with nursing care （ satisfactory rate 100% ）. Conclusion ： Comfortable nursing care can effectively alleviate patients pain and sufferings after abdominal operation so that satisfaction rate of patients can be increased.
