It is common that the middle-part of the electric level at the terminal of the cable television network may protrude. It effects the normal transformation of the cable television signals. Generally speaking, it is caused by the difference between the equilibrium and the frequency decay, which is difficult to be controlled. Based on practice and statistical analysis, this thesis holds that the water in the line components and the joined cables is one of the most important reasons.
