由于中板轧机频繁的往复轧制,不断的咬钢、抛钢、轧辊开口度的不断调整,加之工作环境恶劣等原因,导致工作辊平衡缸故障率较高,通过设计改进结构提高其使用寿命。
The article describes that the improved design enhances the service life of WR balancing cylinder, which gives the better solution for higher failure rate due to frequently go-and-fro rolling activity, continuous threading and delivery of the strip, as well as the unceasing adjustment of roll gap, plus the severe working environment, etc.
