摘要
采用水平连铸工艺制备了空心BFe10-1-1白铜管坯,并对铸态管坯的表面质量、凝固组织及力学性能进行分析。结果表明,采用合适的工艺参数,可以利用水平连铸的方法制备出表面光滑,凝固组织致密的近终形BFe10-1-1白铜管坯;管坯的力学性能随着温度升高而下降,室温时管坯具有良好的塑性。
A tube billets of BFe10-1-1 alloy were produced by horizontal continuous casting method and surface quality, solidification structures and mechanical properties of the billets were investigated. The results show that when tube casting parameters are properly adopted, near-net-shape of tube of BFe10-1-1 alloy with smooth surface and dense structures can be produced by the method of horizontal continuous casting; the mechanical properties declines with the increase of temperature, and good ductility can be obtained at room temperature.
