本文介绍了美、日、欧及我国城市机动车排放控制的基本情况,分析了机动车排气污染物对人类环境的危害,叙述了我国治理城市机动车的排放污染的重要性。

A brief account of motor vehicle's emission and control in America , Japan, Europe and Chinese cities is introduced. How the motor vehicle e-mission does harm to human environment is analyzed and the importance of emission control is also stressed in this paper.
