摘要
介绍了作为天然可再生资源的大豆油的结构、组成及其大豆油衍生物的合成以及在异氰酸酯型聚氨酯和新型的非异氰酸酯型聚氨酯(NIPU)方面的应用。其中,大豆油衍生物包括环氧大豆油、羟基多元醇大豆油、环状碳酸酯和含噁唑烷酮环的预聚物等。由环氧大豆油合成的环状碳酸酯制备的新型非异氰酸酯型聚氨酯可改善传统异氰酸酯型聚氨酯的许多特性,具有较好的耐热性和耐化学品性能。
The soybean oil was a natural, readily available renewable resource. The structure and composition of soybean oil and the production process of soybean oil derivatives were reviewed briefly. The application of the soybean oil derivatives for traditional polyurethane and nonisocyanate polyurethane were mainly introduced. The de- rivatives of soybean oil included epoxidized soybean oil, polyols of hydroxylated soybean oil, carbonated soybean oil and prepolymer with oxazolidone rings, etc. The new nonisocyanate polyurethane networks prepared with cyclic car- bonate based on epoxidized soybean oil could improve some properties of conventional polyurethanes. Especially, Nonisocyanate polyurethane networks exhibited superior resistance properties to thermal and chemical degradation than conventional polyurethanes.
