聚氨酯软质泡沫生产中烧芯因素的探讨 被引量:2

The Discussion about Factors Causing Heartburning of Flexible Polyurethane Foam

摘要 从原材料、生产加工和后熟化过程等方面探讨了引起聚氨酯软泡烧芯的原因,提出了预防烧芯的措施。在聚氨酯软泡生产过程中,应该控制聚醚多元醇的活性、降低碱金属离子的含量,TDI指数控制在1.08以下,水的用量应控制在合适的范围,并严格控制料温及发泡和后熟化工艺条件。加入适量的抗氧剂有助于减少烧芯现象的发生。 The reasons that lead to heartburn of flexible polyurethane foam were discussed including the amount of material, production and the process of after-maturation, and preventive measures from heartburning were provided. In the process of producing flexible polyurethane foam, the content of active primary hydroxyl group and alkali metals hydroxide in polyether material must be controlled, TDI index should be below 1.08, the amount of foaming agent water, conditions of foaming and after-maturation must be controlled yet. Meantime adding some antioxidant was helpful to reduce heartburning.
