摘要 介绍了以聚氨酯树脂、炭黑为原料合成工程车辆用单组分聚氨酯风挡玻璃密封胶的方法。讨论了填料、催化剂、偶联剂对密封胶性能的影响。结果表明,该单组分聚氨酯风挡玻璃密封胶的拉伸强度可达到6.51MPa、伸长率550%、100%拉伸模量2.0MPa、剪切强度2.82MPa、邵A硬度51、抗下垂性0,这些指标与国外同类产品性能相似,可以取代进口产品。 The preparation method of one-component polyurethane windscreen sealant for engineering vehicle by using polyurethane resin and carbon black as raw materials was introduced. The effects of fillers, catalysts and coupling agents on the sealant were discussed. The results showed that the sealant had following performances such as tensile strength was 6.51 MPa, elongation was 550%, 100% modulus was 2.0 MPa, shear strength was 2.82 MPa, hardness shore A was 51 and sagging resistance was 0. It was similar to the imported products and could substitute.
