Study on the Extracting and β-CD Inclusion Process for Atractylodis Volatile Oil

目的:研究苍术挥发油的提取与β-环糊精包合的最佳工艺。方法:用水蒸气蒸馏法提取苍术挥发油,并用超声法对苍术挥发油进行β-环糊精包合。结果:苍术挥发油最佳提取工艺为取40目苍术药材用8倍量的水浸泡30min,提取6h,包合的最佳工艺为挥发油:环糊精为1:9,加90倍量的水,超声包合45min。结论:筛选的提取工艺挥发油提取率高,包合工艺包合率高,操作简单,工艺稳定。

Objective： To Study the best extracting and β-CD inclusion process for atractylodis volatile oil. Method： The steam distillation method was adapted to extract Atractylodis volatile oil, and the ultrasound method was used to bundle the atractylodis volatile oil. Result： The best extracting process was used 40 screen mesh atractylodis powder, and used 8 times water to immersion for 30 rain,then extracted for 6h. The best inclusion process was volatile oil： β-CD as 1：9,added with 90 times water to ultrasound for 45 min. Conclusion： The extracting process can extract volatile oil sufficient. The inclusion process has high inclusion rate, the process is stabilize and it is easy to operate. A
