HPLC法测定注射用硫酸头孢匹罗的含量

Determination the Content of Cefpirome Sulfate for Injection by HPLC

目的:建立注射用硫酸头孢匹罗的HPLC含量测定方法。方法:采用[SHIMADZU VP-ODS C_(18)(150mm×4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱];流动相:0.02mol·L^(-1)磷酸二氢铵溶液[用磷酸溶液(1→10)调节pH 3.3]-乙腈(90:10);检测波长:265nm;柱温:25℃;流速:1.0ml·min^(-1)。结果:头孢匹罗在47.79～189.56μg·ml^(-1)浓度范围呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9999;平均回收率为99.2%,RSD=1.2%(n=9)。结论:本法简便快捷,准确可靠,重复性好。

Objective： To establish a HPLC method for determination the content of Cefpirome Sulfate for Injection, Method ： SHI- MADZU VP-ODS column（150 mm ×4.6 mm,5 μm） was used. The mobile phase consisted of 0.02 mol·L^-1 ammonium dihydrogen phosphate[ addjust to pH 3, 3 with phosphoric acid（1→10） ]-aeetonitrile（90： 10） , the detection wavelength was at 265 nm, the column temperature was 25 ℃ , the flow rate was 1.0 ml·min^-1, Result： The linear range of cefpirome was 47.79 - 189.56μg·ml^ -1 ,r = 0. 999 9, The average recovery was 99.2% ,RSD = 1.2%, Conclusion： The method is simple, rapid, accurate and reproducible, it can be used for quality control of Cefpirome Sulfate for Injection.
