摘要
应用CCD阵列配合图像处理软件实时获取了波长为632.8nm的He-Ne激光光斑,通过数值方法确定了该He-Ne激光的光腰半径及远场发散角,测量结果与理论数据相符。实验加深了学生对高斯光束基础理论的理解,并提高了学生的实验室动手能力。
The facula of He - Ne 632. 8 nm laser is intercepted by CCD array and then analyzed by image processing software. The laser waist and the angle of divergence are calculated by numerical method. The experiment results accord with the theoretical data. The experiment could help the students enhance their comprehension of Gauss beam and also help to improve their experimenting abilities.
