地方高校SMT实验室建设方案研究

目前我国正处于表面安装技术(SMT)发展的关键时期,作为地方高校应该把握SMT教育培训的机遇,尽早建立SMT实验室,培养适合地方需要的SMT专业技术人才。文章简要介绍了SMT实验室功能及其建设方案。地方高校培养适合地方需要的SMT专业技术人才,能为电子行业提供大量的优秀SMT技术人才,将会对中国的电子行业起到推动作用。

At present, SMT technology in China is in a crucial period of development. Local colleges should take the opportunities in SMT education and training; establish SMT laboratories as soon as possible, bring up SMT professionals and technical personnel that fit the local needs. For this, this paper presents a brief introduction of SMT Laboratory functions and construction scheme. Local colleges bring up SMT professionals and technical personnel that fit the local needs, will provide a lot of outstanding SMT technology talent for the electronics industry, will play a catalytic role in the development of China＇s electronics industry, and will provide a strong protection for the sustainable development of China＇s electronics industry.
