护理程序在高血压脑出血开颅术后患者中的应用

目的运用护理程序设计高血压脑出血患者接受开颅术后的综合护理计划并实施整体护理。方法由责任护士根据病情为接受开颅术后患者提出护理问题、预期目标,实施护理措施。结果开颅术后患者恢复良好72例,占52.94%;预后不良29例,占21.32%;术后死亡35例,占25.73%。结论将护理程序这一科学的工作方法,贯穿于高血压脑出血开颅术后患者整体护理的全过程中,是成功抢救开颅术后患者非常重要的因素。

Objective To use the nursing program for designing a comprehensive plan for the nursing of patients with hypertensive intra -cerebral hemorrhage after surgical treatment. Methods The nurse in charge of the nursing program to design a comprehensive nursing plan for the each patient, according to case condition. It includes nursing diagnosis, predicted target, nursing measures etc. Results Recover very well 72 eases （52.94%） ; Recover not well 29 cases （21.32% ） ; Death 35 cases （ 25.73% ） . Conclusion Nursing program is a scientific working method. It covers all the nursing work throughout acute period of hypertensive intra - cerebral hemorrhage after surgical treatment. It is an important factor in the successful rescue of hypertensive intra - cerebral hemorrhage after surgical treatment.
