Modification mechanism of PBO fiber surface by γ-ray irradiation

摘要 采用γ-射线辐照技术对PBO纤维表面进行接枝改性处理,通过X-射线光电子能谱(XPS)和氢核磁共振(1H NMR)方法对接枝改性效果进行了表征和研究.结果表明,γ-射线辐照使PBO纤维表面聚合物与辐照介质-环氧氯丙烷之间发生了化学接枝反应,接枝反应将极性官能团C-Cl,COOH和C-NH2引入PBO纤维表面,增加了纤维表面化学活性,改善了纤维表面化学惰性. PBO fiber surface was graft-modified using γ-ray irradiation technology. The modified result was analyzed and studied by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and I H nuclear magnetism resonance (1H NMR) test. The results indicated that the grafting reaction between PBO fiber surface and the irradiation medium-epichlorohydrin was produced by the irradiation, and some polar groups such as C - C1, COOH, C - NH2 were introduced on the PBO fiber surface. Hence, the fiber surface chemical activity was increased.
