摘要
为确定漆包线绝缘漆的热老化动力学参数,对其进行了加速热老化实验.通过对绝缘漆热老化反应动力学方程进行变换处理,并利用最小二乘法编写的Mathcad程序对实验数据进行线性回归,计算出动力学参数,同时讨论了多试样试验求解表观非等温动力学参数的方法.研究结果表明:所采用的动力学参数求解方法试验量少,可显著降低外界因素引起的误差.所计算出的动力学参数值能够较准确地描述PET-102漆包线绝缘漆的热老化过程.对于多试样总体,所应用的表观动力学参数的计算方法比平均值法准确可靠.
In order to obtain the thermal-aging kinetic parameters of the enamel-coverd wire insullac, the accelerated thermal-aging test was performed. Based on the improved thermal-aging kinetic equation of the emamel-covered wire insullac, the thermal-aging kinetic parameters were linearly regressed by using the Mathcad program compiled according to the least-squares procedure, and then the method of calculating apparent non-isothermal kinetic parameters was studied for the multi-sample tests. The results show that the method presented to calculate the kinetic parameters can obviously reduce the amount of experiments and the errors caused by environment factors, and the kinetic parameters calculated by this method can exactly describe the thermal-aging process of PET - 102 enamel-covered wire insullac. The presented method of calculating apparent non-isothermal kinetic parameters is more exact and reliable than the mean value method for the multi-sample tests.
