Resources Loss and Countermeasures in China's Modernization Drive

阐述了我国现代化建设中的人力资源、科技成果资源、矿山资源、土地资源现状,指出人力资源、科技成果资源、矿山资源、土地资源流失严重,产生问题的原因在于以GDP为核心的西方经济学指标体系的影响下,国家各级决策层的现代化指导思想,大多是重增长、轻发展,急功近利、心浮气躁,产生政府部门职能的越位和缺位。

Actuality was expatiated on human resources, science-technological research results, mineral resources and soil resources in China＇ s modernization drive. The loss of resources mentioned above was serious. Influenced by western economic index system pursuing GTP, most decision-makers of all levels attached importance to ineensement and ignored development. They have unstable mind and eager for quick success and instant benefit. This led government function offside and absence. Some countermeasures were put forward.
