高等教育大众化形势下地方农林高校面临的问题与对策

Problems that Local Colleges and Universities of Agriculture and Forestry Encounter due to the Popularization of Higher Education and Some Possible Countermeasures

高等教育大众化形势下,地方农林高校面临着生源质量下降、教育教学资源紧缺、学生的主体地位体现不足等问题。论文从制定人才流动政策、分类建立评估标准、发掘教育资源、深化教学改革、实施导师制等方面提出了解决问题的有效措施。

Under the situation of the popularization of higher education, the local colleges and universities of agriculture and forestry have to face some problems like students＇ decreasing quality, shortage of teaching resources and the lack of displaying students＇ important status, some corresponding countermeasures are put forward in the paper such as establishing a policy for persons with ability free to move to other places, setting up evaluation standards according to different categories, exploring educational resources, advocating further teaching reforms and implementing a new tutorial-system etc.
