摘要
为了提高军工企业的批生产能力和"平战"快速应变能力,以及多型号、多品种和变批量的生产特征对企业生产信息化的需求,研究了基于敏捷理念的军工产品生产全过程的信息集成模式,提出了三个层次和三条纵线的军工产品生产的过程模型.建立了以生产管理信息集成为核心的PTM2(Product,Technology,Manufacturing,Management)系统.阐述了PTM2系统与企业资源计划(ERP)的关系,设计了PTM2系统的体系结构、功能结构和信息流程.PTM2系统的开发与实现为武器装备的快速研制提供了一个军工产品生产全过程的信息集成系统.
In order to enhance the batch productivity and the ＂peacetime to wartime＂ fast reaction ability for the military enterprise, a mode of military production entire process information integration based on agile idea has been studied. Three levels and three ordinates are proposed. PTM2 （Product, Technology, Manufacturing, Management）system is set up. Relations of PTM2 system and enterprise resources plan （ERP） are elaborated. The system function structure, system structure and information flow are designed. PTM2 system has provided a practical entire process information Integrated system of military product production for weaponry fast development.
