异丙酚复合芬太尼麻醉用于经阴道取卵术临床研究

Clinical study of propofol combined with fentanyl using in vaginal egg retrival

目的探讨异丙酚复合芬太尼静脉麻醉用于经阴道取卵术的麻醉效果及安全性。方法将29例经阴道取卵术的病人随机分为异丙酚加芬太尼(A)组与异丙酚(B)组,观察麻醉效果及对呼吸循环系统的影响。结果两组术中MAP、HR和SpO2无明显差异,术中肢体扭动A组显著少于B组(P<0.05),异丙酚用量A组显著少于B组(P<0.01),术毕清醒时间A组快于B组(P<0.05),但呼吸抑制A组多于B组(P<0.05)。结论异丙酚复合芬太尼麻醉用于经阴道取卵术,可获得满意的麻醉效果,但麻醉手术期间需加强呼吸监测和管理。

Objective To investigate the effect of propofol combined with fentanyl used in transvaginal egg retrival. Methods The patients undergoing transvaginal oocyte retrival were randomly divided into two groups to receive anesthesia with either intravenous the combination of propofol and fentanyl （group A, n = 15） or propofol （group B, n = 14 ）. The anesthesia efficacy was evaluated. Results MAP, HR, and SpO2 were not different between the two groups. A better recovery was found in group A than that in group B. Compared with group B,the propofol consumption was low,while the respiratory inhibition was high in group A. Conclusion Propofol combined with fentanyl for transvaginal oocyte retrival may serve as alternative for general anaesthesia.
