中药联合安特尔治疗迟发性睾丸功能减退30例疗效观察

Curative effect of Chinese drugs combined with Andriol in the treatment on 30 cases of late onset hypogonadism in males

目的探讨中药联合安特尔治疗迟发性睾丸功能减退的有效性。方法将60例迟发性腺功能减退症患者随机分成两组,治疗组30例采用逍遥散合菟丝子丸加减联合安特尔治疗,对照组30例单纯采用安特尔治疗,两组均治疗3个月,观察患者治疗前后PADAM评分、PSA的变化,并对其进行疗效评估。结果治疗组有效率明显高于对照组,两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论中药联合安特尔可能明显改善患者的性腺功能减退症状,较单纯应用安特尔疗效为佳。

Objection To research the efficiency in treating late onset hypogonadism in males by Chinese crude drugs combined with Andriol. Methods The patients were divided into two groups by random.30 patients in treatment group were treated by application of Xiaoyaosan and Tu-si-zi wan combined with Andriol. 30 cases of control group were treated by Andriol only. Both groups were treated for 3 months. The assign mark of PADAM, the change of PSA level were observed then the therapeutic effect was evaluated. Results： The therapeutic effect of the treatment group is higher, than that of the control group obviously. There was remarkable difference （P〈0.05） between two groups. Condusion Chinese crude drugs combined with Andriol can amend the male climacteric symptoms obviously, and it is better than that of using Andriol only.
