介绍了通过转炉冶炼—连铸—炉卷轧机控轧—控冷工艺研制高层建筑用钢板的主要技术和关键环节,经过实际生产表明其实物质量达到较高水平。
In this article, the key（pivotal） technique and key（pivotal） procedure of researching high -rise steel plate is described. By way of converter refining - continuous casting - controlled rolling of steckel mill - controlled cooling in producing. The reality quality reached high level.
