摘要
从体育团队文化建设的基本内容以及建设中应遵循的特征着手,提出体育团队文化建设的具体思路:以人为本,营造体育团队“文化场”;加强宣传,增强体育团队文化意识;科学选择设计,合理转化生成.
Culture is a peculiar phenomenon of mankind society. It plays an important role in the construction and development of sports team. This article, based on the main content of the culture construction and the principle in its process, put forward the suggestion that the culture construction of sports team should be oriented on human beings, chosen and designed scientifically, transformed and generated rationally.
