摘要
多孔型阳极氧化铝膜是制备纳米材料的理想模板。以草酸为电解液研究了高纯铝的阳极氧化工艺,采用扫描电镜对多孔型阳极氧化铝膜的表面及断面形貌进行表征。讨论了阳极氧化电压和电解液温度对多孔阳极氧化铝膜的孔径及孔密度的影响。对氧化膜厚度的测定结果表明,当氧化时间为7 h时,氧化膜厚度达到最大值36μm。
The porous alumina films are die sheet for producing nano materials. The process conditions of anedization on pure A1 substrate was studied using oxalic acid electrolyte. Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) was used to observe the surface and cross- sectional morphology of anedic aluminum oxide films. The effect of anedic voltage and electrolyte temperature on diameter and densi- ty of pores of anodic alumina fill was investigated respectively. The measure of film thickness indicate that it gets the maximum val-ue of 36 μm at 7 h.
