摘要
研究者对山西省11个市的中小学校长、教师、家长、学生进行了家校合作现状的抽样调查。研究结果显示,家长、教师、学校都有家校合作的意愿,学校最为积极,学生也反应强烈,但家长反映一般;家校合作的形式多样。目前中小学家校合作中存在的问题主要有:合作的形式多样,但内容单一;家校合作缺乏常设组织机构和组织章程;家校之间互动较少。
The researchers selected samples from among school principals, teachers, parents, and students in 11 prefectures and cities. The results showed that parents, teachers and schools are all willing to cooperate, while schools tend to be the most willing, and students also react very actively, but parents' reaction is less active. Var/ous forms of parent-school cooperation were found. But there are some problems with parent-school cooperation. First, though there are various forms of cooperation the types of activities are quite limited. Secondly, there is a lack of formal organizations and guidelines that regulate the activities. Thirdly, there is not much interaction between parents and schools.
