摘要
建立了液化石油气容器在充满状态下,升温导致其膨胀破裂的动态解析模型。模型考虑容器壳体材料的弹性、塑性变形,适用于容器外壳在塑性变形范围内发生破裂的问题。结合算例,对可导致液化石油气容器外壳破裂的温升进行了求解。
A dynamic analytic model of expanding crack of fully filled vessel due to LPG temperature rise is established. The elastic-plastic deformation of the vessel shell is taken into account in the model to suit for the crack problem of the vessel shell in the plastic deformation range. The solution of temperature rise causing the crack of LPG vessel shell is conducted with a calculation example.
