摘要
通过对圆锥破碎机衬板用耐磨材料的使用工况、性能要求、合金元素及耐磨材料性价的分析,设计了不同化学成分的改性高锰钢衬板。经过分析,确定了组织和力学性能最佳的一种改性高锰钢。试验结果表明,设计的改性高锰钢经稀土变质处理后性能良好,能满足大型镍铜矿用圆锥破碎机衬板的性能要求。
Through the analysis of the service condition, property requirement, alloy element and cost performance of wear resistant material used for lining board of Hadifield-steel cone crusher, the several kinds of lining boards with different chemical composition were designed. From the subsequent analysis, one kind of modified Hadifield-steel with good microstructure and optimal mechanical property was obtained. The results show that the Hadifield-steel which is modified by rare-earth has good performance and can meet the performance requirement of lining board of the cone crusher.
