摘要
研究了挤压及退火对Mg-0.6Zr系合金力学性能及阻尼行为的影响。结果表明,挤压变形可以提高合金的抗拉强度,能最大限度的发挥镁合金的塑性变形潜力,但降低其阻尼性能;退火后,合金的强度降低,塑性提高,阻尼性能大幅提高。
The effect of extrusion and anneal on mechanical properties and damping capacity of Mg-0.6Zr alloy was studied. The results show that, after extrusion, the tensile strength of the alloy increases,the potential plasticity is excitateded grealy,the damping capacity descends; after annealing,the tensile strength of the alloy descends,the plasticity increases,clamping capacity increases greatly.
