益艾康胶囊治疗HIV/AIDS 50例临床分析

Clinical Analysis of 50 Cases with HIV/AIDS in Yiaikang Capsule

目的:观察益艾康胶囊治疗HIV/AIDS的临床疗效。方法:50例患者分为中药组和中西药联合组;中药组服益艾康胶囊,联合组服益艾康胶囊加抗病毒药物,服用中药、剂量、疗程两组一样,两年后检测症状、体征及CD4+细胞的变化。结果:中药组对改善症状、体征有一定效果,联合组对减轻毒副反应,提高病人依从性有作用。结论:中西医结合治疗前景具有前瞻性,可深入研究。

Objective： to evaluate the effect of the Yiaikang Capsule on HIV/AIDS. Method： 50 patients were divided into the Chinese medicine group and the union of Chinese medicine and Western medicine group. The Chinese medicine group was treated with Yiaikang Capsule and the union treated with Yiaikang Capsule and antiviral drug. The symptom, signs and CD4^＋ were detected after two years, Result. the Chinese medicine group was effect in improving symptom and signs and the union was effect in relieving side effect and raising dependence.
