摘要 本文首先回顾了迎合行为的研究,并对迎合行为的两个经典的概念性分析框架进行了述评,指出了其具体的优势和劣势,并进而借鉴新制度主义理论,指出了一种宏观层面的迎合行为——制度性迎合行为,并对其动因进行了阐释,打开了迎合行为在宏观层面上机理的黑箱,从而开发了一个新的概念性分析框架,并通过案例研究的方法,对该概念性分析框架进行支持,期望对未来迎合行为的研究,产生一定的积极意义。 Firstly, this paper reviews the researches about ingratiatory behaviors, then two classical conception analytic frameworks are commented, whose strengths and weaknesses are pointed out. We point out a kind of ingratiatory behavior of macro-layer: institutional ingratiatory behavior. The cause of this kind of behavior is interpreted in this paper. After opening the black box of ingratiatory behavior of macro-layer, we develop a new conception analytic framework. At last, we support our conception analytic framework with a case study. We believe it will be helpful to the research on the ingratiatory behavior in the future.
