摘要
为探索0.56 dtex涤纶短纤与长绒棉混纺细特纱的性能,确保纱线的质量,针对两种纤维的特性选配工艺参数,设定了"分别制条,在并条混合后纺纱制线"的工艺路线,取得了较好的产品质量。
To probe to the properties of the 0.56 dtex staple polyester and long staple cotton blended yarn and guarantee the formed yarn quality, Processing parameters are optimized and a new process routin ＂making slivers separately and spinning yarn after the slivers drawn＂ is set up to have produced better quality product.
