摘要
基于对超细特PA66短纤维与山羊绒在强伸性能、吸湿与电学、热力学等物理性能的研究,分析了超细特PA66短纤维与山羊绒在性能上的相似之处;设计了4种超细特PA66仿羊绒纱线的工艺方案,研究了超细特PA66短纤仿山羊绒纱线的服用性能,为化纤仿真产品开发提供了借鉴。
Based on the experimental studies on their stretch and strength, moisture and electricity, thermal force and other physical properties of the cashmere and extra-fine staple fiber of PA66, the article analyzed the similarity between the cashmere and PA66 and designed four spinning technologies of its imitation cashmere yarn make of extra-fine staple fiber of PA66 and also studied the imitation cashmere yarn performances. It provides an example for simulation of chemical fiber products.
