摘要
本文根据经济学中费用效益分析的有关理论,应用“影子价格法”、“节省费用法”和“自愿付费法”,对电视、广播、电话等媒介向公众发布的大气预报和警报服务的需求状况进行了社会抽样调查,定量分析评估了江苏省公众气象服务效益,得出江苏省公众天气预报服务产生的年效益达几亿至几十亿元。这项研究成果对于社会各界认识气象服务的价值具有重要意义。
Based on the economics theory of the analysis of expenses -benefit, using the methods of'assuming price',' economizing expenses'' and' paying voluntarily', according to the sampling survey on the requirement state of the weather forecast which is through the intermediary such as the TVs,the broadcasts and the telephones,this paper evaluated the benefit ofthe public meteorological service quantitatively,and came to the conclusion that it can reachhundreds to thousands millions yuan a year. It's very important for the society to understandthe effect of meteorological service.
