农民工群体可以分为青年农民工和中老年农民工,与中老年农民工群体相比,青年农民工群体平均年龄较低、教育程度较高;他们比中老年农民工具有较高的期望月薪和法律认知水平,但是,工资收入和个体维权能力基本接近。造成青年农民工主体认知和行动能力失衡的原因既有个人因素,也有社会结构因素,是个人和结构因素共同造成的这种失衡局面。
