摘要 目的调查宁夏公共场所中央空调冷却塔水中嗜肺军团菌污染状况。方法采集宁夏21家宾馆、饭店的中央空调冷却塔水21份,用GVPC、BCYE-α等培养基进行嗜肺军团菌的分离,用诊断血清进行分型,并以PCR法加以确证。结果21份冷却水中有7份分离到嗜肺军团菌,检出率为33.33%,菌型分布为:LP1 5株、LP9一株、LP10一株,上述菌株PCR检测mip基因结果均为阳性。结论宁夏公共场所中央空调冷却塔水中存在着嗜肺军团菌,污染较为严重,都有可能对人群造成危害,必须引起重视。 Objective To investigate the present contaminated status of legionella pneumophila in cooling water of central air conditioners located in public places of Ningxia. Methods 21 samples were collected from water of cooling towers in 21 hotels and restaurants. The samples were isolated by GVPC, BCYE- αculture medium, identified by PCR and determined type by diagnosisserum. Results 7 cooling tower water samples have found legionella pneumophila. The positive rate was 33.33%, including three type of serogroup- lstrain LP3, 5 strains LP9 and 1 strain LP10. All of the isolates showed positive PCR assay based on mip gene. Conclusion The results suggest that legionella pneumophila do exist in the central air conditioners in public places of Ningxia. The contamination is serious so that it will do harm to people.
