精神障碍产妇分娩过程中存在的问题及护理对策

Existing Problems in Laboring of Mental Disorders Parturients and Countermeasures

分析2005年1月-2007年3月9例产前诊断为精神障碍的产妇分娩中存在的问题有:不易沟通;不合作;角色转换困难、产后母性意识缺乏;原有的精神障碍症状加重;产后尿潴留,生活不能自理。通过分析精神障碍产妇分娩中的不同表现,存在的特殊困难,采取减少心理应激、增加安全感、亲人陪伴分娩、心理诱导、协助哺乳、注意新生儿安全、镇痛护理、严密观察产后精神症状等护理措施,9例精神障碍的产妇均自然分娩且母子平安。

The paper analyzed problems in laboring of 9 mental disorders parturients from Jan 2005 to Mar 2007, which included： difficult communication, no cooperation, difficulty in role changing, lack of maternal awareness after giving a birth, deterioration of existing mental diseases, uroschesis postpartum and disable daily life ability. By analyzing different reactions in laboring of mental disorders paturients, the author put forward nursing countermeasures such as： reducing psychological stress, increasing security, accompanying them with their families, psychological guidance, and assistance for breast-feeding, paying attention to safty of newborns, analgesia nursing and observing their psychological symptoms closely. All parturients and newborns were safe in 9 cases of mental disorders parturients＇ natural childbirth.
