旋转数字减影血管造影在颅内动脉瘤中的应用价值

摘要 目的:评价旋转DSA在颅内动脉瘤诊断中的应用价值。方法:对62例拟诊颅内动脉瘤病例行常规DSA和旋转DSA检查,通过分析颅内动脉瘤的位置、大小、形态、数目的显示情况对其结果进行对比分析。结果:62例中,经RDSA检出52例57个动脉瘤,与常规DSA相比,RDSA能更准确地显示动脉瘤形态、瘤颈及其与载瘤动脉的关系,对微小或复杂动脉瘤的诊断亦明显优于常规DSA。结论:RDSA能更好地显示颅内动脉瘤,能够更清晰地显示动脉瘤的形态、大小、位置、瘤颈及其与载瘤动脉的关系,提高颅内动脉瘤诊断的准确性。
