摘要
研究了不同导电炭黑、十溴联苯醚(DBDPO)/Sb2O3复合阻燃剂对高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)性能的影响。不同导电炭黑存在不同的逾渗阈值。HDPE/DBDPO/Sb2O3,导电炭黑复合材料的基体呈微观网状结构,复合材料具有良好的抗静电性能,表面电阻达2.2×10^3Ω,阻燃性能、物理性能等满足MT 558.1—2005的要求。
The influences of different conductive carbon blacks (CB) and composite flame retardant consisting of decabrominodiphenyl oxide and Sb2O3 (DBDPO/Sb2O3) on properties of high density polyethylene (HDPE) were studied. The experiments show that different kinds of CB differ in their percolation threshold. The matrix of HDPE/DBDPO/Sb2O3/conductive CB composite assumes a micro-reticulate structure. The composite material possesses superior antistatic property and surface resistance of 2.2×10^3 Ω. Its flame retardance and physical properties satisfies the requirements stipulated in the trade standard MT 558.1—2005 of the domestic coal industry.
