摘要
研究了聚丙烯医用输液瓶专用料B4902、B4908的微观形态、结构及其力学性能和加工性能,并与同类进口产品进行了对比。B4902、B4908中的乙丙橡胶粒径较小且分布均匀,产品具有适宜的刚韧平衡性,加工性能优良,达到同类进口产品的性能。
The micro-morphology, structure, mechanical properties and processability of speciality polypropylene (PP) resin, grade B4902 and B4908, for medical transfusion bottle were studied. The mechanical properties of the speciality resins and the imported one of same kind were compared. The particle size of ethylene-propylene rubber in B4902 and B4908 was comparatively small and uniform, thereby reaching an appropriate balance between stiffness and toughness of the transfusion bottle made of the speciality resin, B4902 and B4908 superior processability and attained performance of the imported resins.
