摘要 通过人为翻堆草垡引燃火烧的方法,对比研究火烧和未火烧草地对植物生长和土壤养分含量的影响,探讨了高寒山区人工草地退化的生理生态学机理。结果表明,人工草地建植前堆烧草皮可加速土壤有机质矿化,增加土壤速效养分,改善植物保护酶系统,提高植物抗寒性和光合代谢强度,延长植物寿命,防止草地过早退化。因此,低温是高寒山区人工草地退化的主要生态因子。 The effect of firing turf and no-firing turf on the plant growth and nutrient content of the soil by means of artificially firing piled turf are studied in the paper and the physiological and ecological causes of degeneration of artificial grassland in the alpine meadow are analysed. The results show that burning turf before establishment of artificial grassland can accelerate the mineralization of soil organic matter, raise quick-effective nutrient of the soil and plant ,s resistence to cole, prolong plant longevity, and prevent grassland from early degeneration. Low temperature is considered to be an important ecological factor and oxygen free radicals damaged to the plant is considered to be an important physiological factor.
