This paper discusses library＇ s public relations, which are actions that the library exercises propagation means to enhance their mutual understanding and reconsiliation. These relations also play an important role in raising the public awareness of the library, prompting its reputation and expanding its social influence. In addition , this paper explores six featuresof these relations as well as four strategies in applying the network to conduct activities on these relations.
