摘要 用二甲基乙酰氨(DMA)及甘油作为冷冻保护剂,对鸡精液进行冷冻保存,解冻后观察精子活力,并进行输精试验,发现以DMA作为冷冻保护剂冷冻的精子解冻后活力及人工输精后的受精率都显著高于以甘油作冷冻保护剂的结果。经过毒性试验、冷冻试验及输精试验,发现DMA的确是一种效果较好的冷冻保护剂。它在许多方面比甘油更为理想。 In order to find a better cryoprotectant during freezing and thawing of fowl sperm,experiments were conducted using DMA and glycerol as a cryoprotectant in the cryopreservation of fowl sperm.Fresh sperm were subjected to the following treatments:(1) Diluted in a diluent containing 8% glycerol or DMA,respectively.(2) Stored in room temperature,examined spermatoza motility every two hours,caculated the survival index.Artifical insemination were conducted using sememdiluted with diluent containing different cryotectants respectively in the end.Glycerol was found out to have the most deleterious effect to spermatozoa at room tempreature,DMA was less deleterious to spermatozoa.Using DMA as a cryoprotectant han acheieved high motility after freezing and thawing.In the AI experiments,50% ferilized eggs were obtained using deep intravaginal insemination,40% fertilized eggs were obtained using shallow intravaginal insermination.
