疝环充填式无张力修补术的临床应用

The Application of Tension-free Mesh-plug Hernioplasty in Hernia Repair.

目的 探讨疝环充填式无张力修补术治疗腹股沟疝的效果。方法 采用巴德公司充填物及补片对353例腹股沟疝患者作无张力修补术。结果 353例手术过程均顺利，并发尿潴留18例，阴囊积液5例，切口疼痛11例，腹股沟部异物感15例，无切口感染，术后随访仅1例复发。结论 疝环充填式无张力修补术的手术操作简便，损伤少，恢复快，手术适应证宽，并发症少，复发率低。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of tention-free mesh-plug repair in hernia repair. Methods 353 cases were operated with mesh-plug casehardened products, which were manufactured by American Bard Company. Results The surgical procedures were performed smoothy. Postoperative complications were urinary retention in 18 cases,scrotal hydroceles in 5,wound pain in I I fell of foreign matter in the groin in 15. No wound infection and only one recurrence happened in 353 patients who were followed-up.Conclusion Tension- free mesh-plug repair is easy to do with minor lesion, quicker recovery and lesion, quicker recovery and lower recurrence, and the operation indication can be widened.
