何首乌水提液对老化模型大鼠脑组织内抗氧化酶表达的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的观察何首乌水提液对老化模型大鼠海马、皮质超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)和丙二醛(MDA)含量的影响。方法采用氟派啶醇致大鼠获得性老化动物模型,用盐酸丁咔地尔腹腔注射作阳性对照,测定空白对照组、模型组、阳性对照组、何首乌大、小剂量组海马和皮质SOD、GSH-PX和MDA含量。结果模型组SOD、GSH-PXH量较空白对照组均显著降低(P<0.01),MDA含量均显著升高(P<0.01);与阳性对照组比较,何首乌大、小剂量组可显著提高大鼠海马、皮质SOD、GSH-PX含量(P<0.01),同时何首乌大剂量组MDA含量较阳性对照组显著降低(P<0.01),何首乌小剂量组MDA含量较阳性对照组明显升高(P<0.05)。结论何首乌是通过上调抗氧化酶SOD和GSH-PX、下调过氧化物MDA表达起到延缓衰老的作用。 Objective To observe the effect of polygonum multiflorum Thumb aqua -extract solution on lipid superoxide dismutase(SOD) and glutathione peroxidese( GSH - PX) in gynus hippocampi and cerebral cortex of dementia model. Methods Rat model of acquired remembering deficiency induced with haloperidol was employed and that injected into abdominal cave with buflomedilhydro chloride as positive control group and measure the content of SOD, GSH - PX, MDA in gyrus hippocampi and cerebral cortex of the blank control group, model group, positive control group and polygonum multiflorum thumb high, middle, lower group. Results SOD and GSH -PX content of model groups are lower than blank control groups(P 〈0.05,P 〈0.01), MDA content of which are higher than blank control groups(P 〈0.01 ). In contrast with positive control groups,the high groups of polygonum multiflorum thumb can increase the concentrations of SOD and GSH - PX (P 〈0.05 ,P 〈0.01 ), while decrease the concentrations of MDA(P 〈0.0l). The differences in the middle and lower groups were not statistically significant(P 〉 0.05). Conclusion Polygonum multiflorum thumb can nourish and strengthen body,the antiaging functions maybe associated with increase SOD,GSH - PX active reduced MDA stored.
