Vitrectomy for Eales′ Desease with Vitreous Hemorrhage

目的观察玻璃体切割联合眼内激光光凝治疗Eales病的疗效及安全性。方法回顾性分析2002年5月至2006年10月行玻璃体手术治疗的Eales病合并玻璃体积血患者的临床资料,分析其疗效及并发症情况。结果术后3月时视力提高者22眼(81.4%),4眼(15%)视力无明显变化。1眼(3.7%)视力下降。手术前后视力比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。1眼发生术后玻璃体再次出血。没有发生晶状体损伤、医源性裂孔及视网膜脱离等严重并发症。结论玻璃体切割联合眼内激光光凝是治疗Eales病合并严重玻璃体积血的有效安全的手段。

Objective To investigate the effects and security of the vitrectomy combined with laser photo -coagulation for Eales＇ disease with vitreous hemorrhage or traction retinal detachment. Methods Twenty - seven eyes of 25 cases undergoing vitrectomy and laser photo - coagulation for Eales＇ disease with vitreous hemorrhage were analyzed retrospectively. Results The postoperative visual acuity was significantly enhanced. No severe complication was observed during operation or postoperation. Conclusion Vitrectomy combined with laser photo - coagulation is an effective and safe method for Eales＇ disease with vitreous hemorrhage or traction retinal detachment.
