多元化经营与公司绩效关系的实证分析——基于时间的视角

Empirical Analysis of Relationship Between Corporate Diversification and Corporate Performance

在回顾、总结国内外相关文献的基础上,以我国沪、深两市上市公司为研究样本,对多元化经营决策行为与公司绩效关系进行了实证检验。结果发现:在研究样本期间,我国上市公司多元化经营决策行为对其绩效的影响是负相关关系(除1999年外),而且这种负相关关系在各年度的显著性是不一样的。

Based on the relevant literatures from domestic and abroad, the paper empirically tests the relationship between corporate diversification and corporate performance. The results show that there is a negative relationship between diversification and performance in Chinese listed companies, but the significance of relationship is different each year.
