摘要
目的建立反相高效液相色谱(RP-HPLC)法测定冬凌草中乌索酸和齐墩果酸的含量。方法色谱柱为NUCLEO-DUR C18RP柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相为甲醇-水(87∶13);流速0.8 ml.min-1,光电二极管阵列检测器,检测波长210 nm,柱温25℃。结果在选定色谱条件下线性范围良好,乌索酸和齐墩果酸的样品加样回收率分别为96.2%和98.7%,RSD为1.9%和0.9%。结论该方法快速简便,结果准确可靠。
Objective To develop a quantitative method for determination of ursolic acid and oleanolic acid in Rabdosia rubescens by RP-HPLC. Methods HPLC was carried out on NUCLEODUR C18 RP column (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) at 25% using methanol-water (87: 13) as mobile phase with a flow rate of 0. 8 ml ·min^-1 and detection wavelength was at 210 nm. Results The good linear relationship was obtained under the optimum conditions. The recoveries of the standards added for ursolic acid and oleanolic acid were 96.2 % and 98.7%, respectively, while the relative standard deviations were 1.9 % and 0. 9%. Conclusion The method is rapid and precise.
