摘要
目的分析波罗蜜叶挥发油化学成分。方法采用水蒸气蒸馏法从波罗蜜叶中提取挥发油,用气相色谱-质谱法对其化学成分进行鉴定,并用气相色谱面积归一化法测定了各成分的相对含量。结果分离得到52个化学组分峰,并鉴定出其中的26个成分,占总挥发油含量的71.94%。结论波罗蜜叶挥发油主要成分为正十六酸(30.63%),7,10,13-十六三烯醛(8.45%),长叶烯-5-酮(5.78%),植醇(2.41%)和大=牛儿烯B(1.90%)。
Objective To analyze chemical constituents of essential oils from the leaves of Artocarpus heterophyUus Lamk. Methods The essential oil was extracted from Artocarpus heterophyllus Larnk. by steam distillation. The chemical constituents were separated and identified by GC - MS, and the relative contents of them in the oil were determined with normalizatiom method. Results Fifty - two kinds of components were separated. Among them, twenty - six components were identified, accounting about 71.94% of the total volatile oil. Conclusion The main compounds of essential oils from the leaves were as follows: n -Hexadeeanoie acid 30.63% , 7,10,13-Hexadeea trienal 8.45%, Longifolen-5-one 5.78% , Phytol 2.41% and Germaerene B 1.90%.
